What is D-Day coordination? 6 to 1 month before your wedding day, we take matters into our own hands!
You have booked your place, your service providers, your caterer and your entertainment, the invitations have gone, in short, everything is there! Except that... you realized that having to manage all this little world, the set-up, the management of the unexpected, your guests and in addition to enjoying your wedding was going to be a more than complicated task and that you want all your guests enjoy with you the most beautiful day of your life…
This is where Agence Univers Paris comes in! We are here to relieve you, reassure you, support you, set up and manage your marriage for you, as you wish.
How we work:
1st step​

We meet, we discuss and we take stock of your marriage.

2nd step​
​
We contact all your service providers and witnesses to plan the surprises.
​
3rd stage​
​
We create your retro planning meticulously like music paper.
​
4th stage​
​
Together we carry out the technical visit of your reception venue in order to organize together the scenography* and the set-up for your service providers on D-Day.
5th step​
​
Our teams will be present at all the specific times of the installations as well as the day before and the D-day (depending on what we have concluded together**) to install and welcome your service providers.
​
6th stage​
​
We will be present discreetly until the dance evening, to ensure that your guests, your service providers and you, the bride and groom, do not miss anything and spend a moment out of time all in lightness.
* The installation by our wedding Design teams for the decoration is to be requested on estimate.
